Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, received the goods. It is important that the packaging remains original and unopened.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Vitamin H2 GmbH, Birkenstrasse 21, 8306 Brüttisellen, Switzerland – info@vitaminh2.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. via email).

Consequences of Cancellation:
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs), no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your cancellation. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
